The services in this Hotel is close to nothing. Staff at the reception are non skilled and basicly can´t help.Facts" i called reception to wake me up next day at 0900hrs and lady said Ok, but never received any calls.
I called to request a plate and knife so that i could eat my fruit which i bought earlier i waited for 2 hrs and i called agian and waited and waited tilled checked out.

Therefore in generally services is next to zero.

Good sea view and nice area.

Restaurant at Seafront is exellent.

Not expensive accommodation in Samui

Rooms and Hotel itself were very nice and views good however, the hotel is rather difficult if you have mobility problems. Food and spa were excellent and the staff very friendly.

Lovely staff, but a bit hilly not good for people with mobility problems
